Operation sequence:

1. Connect the main engine with the main body of the closed sweeper through its quick-change connection device. The lock pin of the quick-change connection device must be inserted into the pin hole of the hanger of the sweeper.

When connecting the main body of the sealing sweeper, please ensure that the contact surface is free of obvious soil and other impurities, and that the connecting plate is completely fitted. Secondly, in the process of connection, be sure to make the closed sweeper all suspended lift, otherwise it may make the bottom of the connection plate can not fit, resulting in the lock pin can not buckle, causing a serious accident of the closed sweeper fall off.

2. Connect the hydraulic quick connector of the closed sweeper to the main engine and ensure that the quick connector is connected correctly.

When installing and disassembling the hydraulic quick connection, be sure to shut off the engine and use the pressure relief function to remove the internal pressure in the pipeline.

★ tips: in order to improve the service life of the motor, the motor should be as far as possible directly back to the oil tank.

3. Keeping the appropriate brush compression amount can make the cleaning effect better. The adjustment method can refer to the following steps:

(1)Move the sweeper to the flat and dirty ground.

(2) low speed rotation of the brush roller, the sweeper down to the ground, in the state of operation for about half a minute.

(3)Lift the sweeper and back up, start braking, close the power source, check the cleaning traces, the width of the cleaning traces should be about 150mm, the length is equivalent to the length of the rolling brush.

(4) if found cleaning trace width is not near the reference value, can be through the sweeper at both ends of the adjustment bolts, brush compaction adjustment.

4. Start the equipment so that the roller brush starts to rotate and lower the sweeper slowly. Make sure the blade of the sweeper bucket is in contact with the surface of the ground, lift the back end of the bottom bucket slightly off the ground, and then clean as the main engine drives. In order to get a better cleaning effect, please try to reduce the speed. When starting the engine, make the engine throttle in the idle state, use the variable flow control switch to slowly push the button to minimize the hydraulic impact, so as to achieve the start of the motor protection, run for a few minutes, when the motor speed is normal, then raise to the appropriate throttle state.

5, in the process of cleaning, should try to reduce the pressure of the sweeper, reduce excessive wear of the brush. After using for a period of time, brush wear should be checked and brush compaction should be adjusted by adjusting bolts to ensure a better cleaning effect.

6. The low speed of the roller and the moderate speed of the roller can remove the gravel from the hard ground better. Traveling too fast can raise dust and affect the operator's line of sight.

7. If there is not much ground garbage, the rotating speed of the roller brush and the compaction amount of the brush can be reduced according to the working conditions to reduce the wear of the brush.

9. After cleaning, stop rolling brush rotation, lift the sweeper a certain distance from the ground, and transport it to the unloading site. We can pull back a little bit,

To prevent the material in the bottom bucket from falling out in transit. During transportation, do not lift the sweeper too high off the ground to prevent accidents.

10. After the material is transported to the unloading site, lift the sweeper to dump the material. When unloading, it is strictly prohibited to knock, shake, brute force operation.

If your main engine is not equipped with the bucket lifting automatic leveling function, it is possible to turn the upper cover of the sweeper back during the process of the sweeper lifting the charging, causing it to hit the hydraulic quick change joint or the cab. If your device does not have bucket lift leveling, be sure to keep the closed sweeper horizontal at all times during lifting.

11. At the end of cleaning operation, before closing the sweeper, gradually reduce the throttle, gradually reduce the engine speed to the idle state, and then close the oil supply switch for the sweeper.

12. When placing the sweeper, remove the hydraulic quick connection first and then release the quick change connection device. Before removing the sweeper, be sure to place the sweeper in a stable, flat place. Before disassembling the hydraulic quick connection, be sure to shut off the engine and use the pressure relief function to remove the internal pressure in the pipeline.
